In this key operational role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a bus station, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for customers, staff, operators and stakeholders. Acting as a visible and approachable presence on site, you will deliver high standards of customer service while overseeing facilities management, cleaning operations, health and safety compliance and the coordination of resources and partners to support the smooth running of the bus station. You will work closely with bus operators, drivers, tenants, retailers, local authorities and emergency services, building effective relationships to ensure services are delivered efficiently and customers receive a positive experience.

We are looking for a Bus Station Manager with previous experience of working in a busy operational environment who can manage competing priorities and build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. As part of this role, you will have access to a range of training and development opportunities, including qualifications such as First Aid at Work and IOSH, supporting you to develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. You will be primarily based at one bus station, although flexibility is required to provide management cover across other locations when needed to support operational requirements.
