People in West Yorkshire are being asked to share their experiences of using an e-bike through a new online survey.

Respondents can also opt in for a chance to win online shopping vouchers worth £30 each.

DJS Research Ltd, an independent market research agency, are running the survey on behalf of West Yorkshire Vision Zero, the local road safety partnership. 

It is hoped that the results will allow the partnership to better understand how e-bikes and modified e-bikes are used.

Matthew Bristow, Research Director at DJS Research, said, said:

“We want to hear your real-life experiences. Whether you own or have used an e-bike, or you know someone who does, we want to hear your opinions.

“By sharing your views, you could be contributing to campaigns and initiatives that help shape the future of e-bike use in your area.” 

Alison Lowe OBE, Chair of the West Yorkshire Vision Zero Board, said:

“E-bikes have many benefits and can be a cost-effective way to get around, especially for younger people.

“We want to ensure that everyone stays safe while using them and we need your help so please do get involved.”

 

The research is being conducted under the Market Research Code of Conduct and as such, all responses are anonymous and confidential. 

The survey is open now and closes at 9am on Monday 3rd August.
